Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the REDLINE mobile application and website at redlineapp.support (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use REDLINE. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. The Service

REDLINE records driving statistics using your device's GPS and sensors, shows leaderboards, provides AI-assisted vehicle styling previews and lets you generate shareable cards. Features may change, improve or be discontinued over time.

3. Safe and lawful use — important

REDLINE is intended for measuring performance responsibly, and where relevant on closed courses. Never interact with the app while driving, and always obey all traffic laws and speed limits. You are solely responsible for your own driving and for operating your vehicle safely and legally. REDLINE does not encourage speeding or unsafe driving of any kind.

4. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing or offensive content;
• Do not manipulate, falsify or exploit leaderboards or statistics;
• Do not use the Service in any way that endangers yourself or others.

6. Subscriptions

REDLINE offers optional paid plans (REDLINE PRO and PRO+). Pricing, billing period and features are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions are billed through the applicable app store or payment provider and renew until cancelled, which you can do in your store account settings.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding and content we provide, is owned by REDLINE and protected by law. You keep ownership of the content you create; by using the Service you grant us a limited license to store and display that content to operate the features you use.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Statistics are estimates derived from device sensors and may be inaccurate. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REDLINE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service or from your driving. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
